WorldSkills UK
(previously known as Skills Challenge) represents a new and revolutionised approach to skills competitions across the Devolved Nations and English regions. WorldSkills UK competitions cover the national framework of competitions to supply potential WorldSkills competitors. WorldSkills UK competitions are supported by government, Sector Skills Councils and industry.

In May 2006 the UK won its bid to host the 2011 WorldSkills Competition
in London. The four day event will be held between the 6-9 October at

Note - Register online by 11th April 2008 to access the competition brief and all competition information. The first stage of the competition is online, those who achieve the highest scores are invited to the UK live final.
